All manufacturing processes and instructions are documented with a custom multi-media software package. The software assures revision control of presentations, instructions and CNC program files. It also provides access to electronic logbooks, scrap part and corrective action databases. With a PC at each work center in the shop, our manufacturing documents are always available when and where needed. The job-costing side of our financial system is fed by input at the work center, eliminating all redundant data entry.

CNC tool paths can be generated directly from solid model part files. Our GibbsCAM® system eliminates data entry errors by importing native solid model files and outputting the proper machine code to any lathe or mill.
